What happens between the morning and evening shifts?
Your loved one has independence during the day (12 PM - 5 PM). However, we're available by phone for emergencies, and can arrange additional support if needed during these hours.
Can we adjust the shift times?
Yes\! We customize shift schedules to fit your family's routine. Some families prefer 6 AM - 11 AM and 6 PM - 11 PM, while others choose different times based on their needs.
Do we get the same caregiver every day?
We typically assign 2-3 caregivers to your loved one to ensure consistency while providing coverage for days off and holidays. You'll meet and approve all caregivers assigned to your family.
What if we need care on weekends or holidays?
Gold package includes weekends at no extra cost. We maintain the same schedule 7 days a week. For major holidays, we coordinate coverage with our caregiver team.
